Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of phaserr.com (the "Site") and the Phaserr beta waitlist, operated by the Phaserr team ("Phaserr", "we", "us"). By using the Site or joining the beta, you agree to these Terms.
The service
The Site is a marketing page for Phaserr, a periodized strength-training program builder for coaches, and lets you join a waitlist for the product beta. Phaserr is under active development; features described on the Site may change, and access to the beta is limited and offered at our discretion.
Acceptable use
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- scrape, copy, or republish the Site's content except as allowed by law;
- submit false information or someone else's details when joining the beta.
Intellectual property
The Phaserr name, logo, text, graphics, and other content on the Site belong to the Phaserr team and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Beta and "as is" disclaimer
The Site and the beta are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any beta access, feature, or timeline will be provided. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Site or the beta at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Phaserr team is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or the beta.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to the Site or the beta are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Phaserr develops. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
